 The International Jazz Festival is going to be a big one this year!

This year the International Jazz Festival turns 45 and we are very excited about the 2012 line-up. Having secured the services of internationally acclaimed jazz artists the Erquiaga- Hanson Quartet, The Luca Ciarla Quartet, Bob Mintzer and Guitarist Mike Stern we look forward to a number of great performances. Add to this a full range of local and national jazz and blues artists and this is going to be a great festival. This year a new element is added, with the introduction of NZ's Got Jazz. Featuring special guest Theo Jackson from the UK as a judge.
